Come join the Health and Wellness Center for an interactive workshop on preventing and coping with burnout. This session will kick off this year’s Elevated Energy wellness initiative. Learn about some of the basic biology of burnout and how it impacts the body, plus ways to manage it if it starts affecting you. Get the push you need to finish out the school year strong!
