To ensure you receive texts about closures, delays, and emergency info, please review your contact information in the Campus Alerts system.
- To enroll in Campus Alerts or edit your account info, log in to the myMAC Portal
- Click the IT Helpdesk tab
- Click the blue button labeled “Sign Up for the Campus Alert System Here”
- Log in with your MAC email credentials
- Check to make sure your mobile number and email address are correct
- If you would like, you may add additional SMS numbers, email addresses, or voice call numbers
