Workshop for faculty and staff to create their own, one-of-a-kind tote bag. Some sewing machines are available, but if you have a portable sewing machine you are encouraged to bring it.

Dinner will be provided. Participants should bring their own drinks.

Participants will need to provide their own supplies as listed below:

• 1 yard quilting cotton/upholstery fabric (bag exterior)
• 1.5 yards quilting cotton weight fabric (bag interior, decorative band and strap)
• 1 spool coordinating polyester thread

These supplies are for the standard 17″ x 19″ bag. If you would like to make a larger bag, please contact Dr. Talbot to discuss.
