Staff Council will be welcoming food trucks to campus this summer! From coffee to grilled cheese, barbeque to sweet treats, we have all the bases covered.
All trucks will be stationed in Ihmsen Circle at their designated times. All forms of payment are accepted unless state otherwise. See the schedule below
- June 18, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm: Larry’s BBQ (cash only)
- June 25, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm: Sheescake’s N More
- July 9, 8:30 – 11:00 am: Lost Layne Coffee
- July 16, 1:00 – 3:00 pm: Paulie & Co Ice Cream Truck
- July 30, 11:30 am – 1:30 pm: Jackie’s Groovy Cheese Truck
- August 6, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm: Larry’s BBQ (cash only)
