The Mount is once again participating in the Great Colleges to Work For Survey administered by ModernThink, LLC.

You should have received an email invitation to complete the survey on Monday, March 2–the survey will remain open through March 27, 2026.  We encourage all employees to participate.  Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps us better understand the employee experience across our campus.

Please note that the survey is confidential.  Responses are collected and reported in aggregate by ModernThink, and individual responses are not shared with the institution.  We hope this assurance encourages you to share honest and constructive feedback.

While we are continuing to use this survey this year, the College is also exploring additional ways to gather employee feedback in the future, including other external surveys, internal surveys or other engagement tools.  Our goal is to ensure we continue to listen to our employees and strengthen opportunities for ongoing feedback.
